Help Desk Interactive Guide
An interactive web presentation developed during IT training to explain common Help Desk incidents, troubleshooting workflows, and practical resolutions.
Project overview
This project was developed during my IT training as part of research into common Help Desk incidents, tools, and troubleshooting procedures.
Instead of creating a traditional slide presentation, I transformed the research into an interactive website that presents technical concepts through realistic tickets and a guided support workflow.
Why I built it
Technical presentations can become long collections of slides that are difficult to navigate and remember.
I wanted the material to feel closer to a real Help Desk environment, so I designed a browsing experience where users can open incidents, review possible causes, and follow the troubleshooting process step by step.
Core experience
The website combines research, interface design, content organization, and front-end development in one interactive presentation.
Interactive navigation
Users explore the presentation naturally through a structured scrolling experience instead of moving through static slides.
Ticket explorer
Each common incident opens as a focused support ticket with a clear summary, priority, and resolution path.

The content follows a consistent Identify, Diagnose, Resolve, and Verify approach.
